Marigold shall offer 50% off monthly fees for three months to Emma for customers who execute a Marigold Order Form to purchase Emma by Marigold software, with a contract term of no less than one year. The offer shall apply only to the first three months of the initial term, and not to any renewal or extension.
  2. This offer is available only to new Emma customers and previous Emma customers who have not maintained an Emma plan during the past twelve (12) months.
  3. This offer expires on Dec. 31. 2025. To be eligible for this offer, the customer must submit this offer form prior to Nov. 15, 2025. New customers and Marigold must begin the transition and implementation process, including importing at least 10,000 contacts within three months of submitting this offer form.
  4. Only one offer may be applied to a Marigold order form. This offer may not be combined with additional offers or discounts without Marigold’s consent.
  5. This offer has no cash redemption value.
  6. This offer is non-transferrable, and is limited to one redemption per customer.
